In this Project, the housing blocks are built with raft foundation and molding technology. The heat and sound insulations are provided with carbon reinforced insulating boards. Furthermore, sound insulation and fire protection techniques have been used between the floors.
For each unit there is a parking garage of 2 cars (3 cars for duplex units) and 6 to 20 m2 large storage rooms with air-condition. The Project offers all the technologic facilities of the modern times; 24 hours video-intercom system, security system with 48 cameras, heat, gas, water and electric sensors, two sided fire escape, steel door with mottura locking system, digital tv, cable tv, satellite and wireless internet technologies.
In each block, there are 2 elevators, a full generator system and a water tank of approx. 300 tons.
The Project has a social facility center of 6000 m2. In this facility center are established a semi Olympic swimming pool, a baby pool, a fitness center, sauna, Finnish steam bath, a spa center, a Turkish bath and steam rooms.
The shared outdoor areas contain tracking paths and cycle paths, basketball field, playground for kids and an open-air car park for guests.
