The Project is established on a 60.000 m2 land and is composed of 3 stages. The first stage has already been built and inhabited, the second stage is under construction and will be completed on July 2009 and the 3rd stage is on project phase.
This Housing Project is developed with a "Street" concept and is located around a street of 450 meters long. Under the blocks and the "Street" there is a large parking garage. There are 2 parking areas for each unit and most of the units have their own garden. Furthermore there is 24 hours security, security cameras, full-performance generator, water tanks and storage areas for the units' private use.
The blocks are insulated with insulating boards, and are built with reinforced concrete.
There will be an artificial lake and a social facility area of 1000 m2 which will contain a swimming pool, sauna, fitness and a pool cafeteria.
